The Ribera healthcare group has demonstrated, for yet another year, its commitment to excellence, valuing the quality culture of all its professionals, by renewing the ISO 9001 certification, which accredits a “System of quality management”, in accordance with the standard.

This certification was obtained, for the first time, more than 10 years ago and, since then, the healthcare group has been renewing it, after accrediting as appropriate, all the standards that guarantee this excellence in management.

This standard, which belongs to the internationally recognized ISO standards, implies that the Ribera group meets requirements such as constant improvement in the efficiency of its processes, effective management of risks and opportunities, carrying out internal audits and compliance with the demanding improvement objectives that are required for the renewal.

From the Quality Department of the health group, they emphasize that a fundamental aspect of the standard is “customer” satisfaction, which in the case of Ribera, refers to patients and professionals, “and in our case, we stand out for the high rates of satisfaction, both internally and externally”
