The Ribera health group has opened a new private clinic in Ciudad Quesada (Rojales), located just a few minutes from Torrevieja. This new medical centre offers a complete portfolio of services with medical and surgical specialties, high diagnostic technology and a team of professionals with experience in different Ribera hospitals.
The clinic, which has involved an investment of 1 million euros, is equipped to offer complete health care to people who live or enjoy their holidays in the south of the province of Alicante. Its location, in a privileged natural environment, is also an area of international residents, so the centre is prepared to attend to patients in different languages, as well as having agreements with different insurance companies.
The medical centre is designed to look after the health of the whole family with the main specialities including: Anaesthesia, Cardiology, General Surgery, Physiotherapy, Gynaecology and Obstetrics, General Medicine, Nursing, Neuropaediatrics, Nutrition, Dentistry, Otorhinolaryngology, Paediatrics, Psychology, Traumatology, Urology and an emergency service with uninterrupted opening hours from Monday to Friday from 9am to 8pm.
In addition, the clinic has a Dental Unit with all the treatments of general dentistry, aesthetic dentistry, implantology, etc., as well as a line of aesthetic medicine with a complete portfolio of body and facial treatments and techniques aimed at the prevention of skin ageing.
In terms of medical technology, the centre has state-of-the-art radiology equipment and an orthopantomograph for dental X-rays, so that the patient obtains an immediate diagnosis. This service allows us to offer complete care to patients injured in traffic accidents, for whom the centre offers a special protocol.
Ribera Ciudad Quesada has a clinical team with experience in different hospitals and the guarantee of the group. Many of them are professionals with knowledge of the Vega Baja area, who worked with Ribera during the period of management of the University Hospital of Torrevieja and its network of health centres, until 2021. Nuria Hernández, head of the Ribera Ciudad Quesada clinic, highlighted the professionalism of the team in this project and the importance of offering patients not only the best clinical diagnosis, but also the closest human treatment.
These new facilities, distributed over two floors, are designed with a modern and innovative approach, with patient comfort in mind. The clinic has 8 consultation rooms (6 of them multi-purpose), an emergency room, a radiology area, a minor surgery area and a gymnasium, as well as offices and an administration area.
For the Director of the project, Pepa Soriano, “Ribera returns to the area of Torrevieja and Vega Baja with a healthcare project designed to meet the needs of patients who require quality care, without waiting and with the confidence of the group’s professionals”.
This new clinic joins the network of centres of the Ribera group, which manages hospitals and specialised care services in 5 autonomous communities in Spain, both public and private. Ribera is also present in other projects in Latin America, Europe and the Middle East.
