The Ribera healthcare group is one of the 50 best companies in Spain to work for, according to the ranking that Actualidad Económica prepares each year, in which the actions of hundreds of companies are analysed and scored on attracting talent, promoting a good working atmosphere and teamwork, corporate social responsibility and training. This year, Ribera considerably improved its position, ranking 48 compared to 55 in 2021. The publication has especially valued its flexible remuneration program and incentives and aid, such as those provided for housing newly hired professionals.

Ribera, which already has nine hospitals, 62 primary care centers, 7 polyclinics and a University School of Nursing, among other projects, is the highest valued health group in this classification due to its People Management Policy and a comprehensive awareness of the needs of its professionals. The Ribera healthcare group has demonstrated, for yet another year, its commitment to excellence, valuing the quality culture of all its professionals, by renewing the ISO 9001 certification, which accredits a “System of quality management”, in accordance with the standard.

This certification was obtained, for the first time, more than 10 years ago and, since then, the healthcare group has been renewing it, after accrediting as appropriate, all the standards that guarantee this excellence in management.

This standard, which belongs to the internationally recognized ISO standards, implies that the Ribera group meets requirements such as constant improvement in the efficiency of its processes, effective management of risks and opportunities, carrying out internal audits and compliance with the demanding improvement objectives that are required for the renewal.

From the Quality Department of the health group, they emphasize that a fundamental aspect of the standard is “customer” satisfaction, which in the case of Ribera, refers to patients and professionals, “and in our case, we stand out for the high rates of satisfaction, both internally and externally”
